When I try to change name of view, or copy it i've got an Javascript error, and can't save changes. How can I solve this problem?

私の場合ですと、日本語の問い合わせで、１～４日の間ぐらいで返事を頂いていますが、英語での問い合わせでしたら、毎回僅か数時間だけでかえってきますね（もちろん、問題内容にもよると思いますが）。

I have purchased Support Essential, and try to set "send email to user group" on trigger action, but I can't find something like that.

Is it possible to set it on my Essential plan? Or, If I upgrade to team plan, it will be possible to do?
