Just wondering where this issue stands today? As currently designed the dashboard is useless to for our users and it appears that that is case for quite a number of Zendesk customers.

Any Update? Looks like progress was being made but it has gone dark.

I would love this feature as well.

This would certainly make this dashboard much more useful as it is the agents here feel like it is really just noise.
