Hi,

looking for a way to automate the update of the timezone field of a user profile based on his browser setting or IP etc.. 

Why is something like this not already part of zendesk?

How do others set the time zones of the user profiles?

Hi, 

It would be great to develop so that there is also a blue double tick read receipt on the customers side write they don't know if we read there message unless they click the message info.

Please help up vote this so that they add to their roadmap.
