Susan Puckett commented,
Ifra Saqlain, thank you for this feedback. We tried what you recommended and it adjusts the TITLE of our posts to that specific color. I'm not sure that solves for this use case.
I have edited my post to provide a little more context.
Thank you, again.

Susan Puckett created a post,
When I post a link in a Community post, users cannot (usually) see the links provided. I cannot change the font color or underline my link to make it more clear. My links are black font and look like the other text around them. Note: When my coworker adds links to a post in Gather, sometimes hers show up blue and sometimes they don't (see image below for an example). It's very inconsistent.
For the image below, both of these items are links and were added by the same person. We made them italic so that they would be obvious to our users. For the second one, the only way for the user to know it's a link is if they hover over it or if we say in our language "here are links to...". We've had users complain lately that they don't have links to resources, when actually they were indeed in the article they just couldn't see them and didn't know to hover over them.
When we go to add links, they should consistently appear blue and be obvious to users that they are links.
Context: We are Gather Legacy

Susan Puckett created a post,
To add personality and a little consistency between our Help and Community posts, we would like the ability to choose font color in our Gather posts. Right now black is the only option.
Context:
- We are Gather Legacy.
-
We would like for our agents (not signed in end-users) to have the ability to change the font color for specific words or phrases in a Gather/community post.
-
We wouldn't want to apply a font color to an entire article or anywhere else.

Logistical question: When the Product team considers enhancement requests for priority, do they mostly look at votes on the posted enhancement, or do they also consider the number of comments agreeing that this is needed? I ask because there a lot of comments that this is needed, but not a lot of votes. I just want to make sure our voices are heard on this request. (And yes, I voted.)
