Franco Landa commented,
Hi @...,
In the case of my organization, the biggest impediment is when attempting work on the same query.
As Mark points out, though, working on the same dashboard can be difficult.

+1 I forget about this when building new queries and the moment I click Cancel, it's instant regret as the entire query is wiped out. This definitely needs to be addressed.

+1 This may seem like a little thing, but navigating away from a dashboard you were working on because you click "Edit query" can be a pain.

+1 It is definitely a pain to have to open up a query to view our calculated metrics/attributes. A separate page/section to manage them outside of queries would be amazing.

+1 This has been a pain point for everyone from Team Leaders to Admins who all work on queries for their teams. With everyone spread out, it makes it extremely difficult to collaborate on queries with each other, or simply view a query just because someone else already has it open. This definitely needs to be improved.

+1 This would be amazing to have! Our Zendesk Team Leaders collaborate on reports with one another and it's such a hassle for everyone involved to have exit the query before others can view what was previously saved. This should be essential.

Franco Landa created a post,
As I build custom standard calculated attributes for date attributes, I would like the ability to set a custom date range for those custom date attributes, so that I can easily filter date ranges on my custom attributes in the same way that I can for the default (built-in) date attributes.
For example, reports for my organization call for an adjusted start of the week on Fridays other than the default Monday. This requires a standard calculated attribute to be created to create a new attribute where the week starts on a different day. However, my custom date attribute cannot be filtered with a range like the built-in week attribute can.

+1 This would be useful as our teams are preparing to migrate to Explore from Insights. With everyone building their Queries in Explore, everyone can see the queries and many of them are for personal reports. This clutters the Query list, whereas Insights allowed Reports to be kept private and made visible at will.

+1 This would be a great feature to see from a usability perspective. Exporting the report to adjust it offline seems like extra steps that shouldn't be necessary.
This would also be great to see as we migrate reports from Insights that had extended columns over to Explore.

Franco Landa commented,
+1 on this. As Eugene noted on the "workaround", that is a manual adjustment that requires maintenance of something that is already being captured by Zendesk (i.e. a Search can filter by Received At address).
Please make this available within Explore.
