Is there a way to report on Problem tickets that are still open, it seems that when I report on ticket status it is based on the Incidents and not the Problem.

Linked problem field is missing in Explore
I need the ability to report on the field "Linked problems", not sure why a system field would be missing in Explore. Explore doesn't provide any way to get details from a Problem ticket.

Yes! There is no easy high level location for higher ups to take a quick look at. My immediate manager wanted to show non support managers how easy it was and it no longer is :(
