Something like this app https://www.zendesk.com/apps/support/notify/?q=mkp_notify should be a built in feature. Other helpdesks like freshdesk and zoho have it.

2 suggestions for ticket sharing:
- Allow views to exclude shared tickets; currently we can set "is shared" but there is no "is not shared" condition
- Allow macros to share tickets
