Does anyone have any recommendations on how to verify customers over the phone for when they request sensitive information or settings changes? Are there Zendesk add-ons/apps for sending verification codes via sms/e-mail?

+1 for conditions for multi-select fields

According to the Product Manager, this was supposed to be included with the rollout of conditions? What happened? And is it being worked on currently?

It seems this only pushes tickets when the submitter is a contact in Hubspot. Would be great if this integration would recognize the "Requester" and push to that contact's timeline.
