Post Q&A - Apps and integrations

Cannot seem to find an app for Support that will do the following:

- allow agents to set their own(only) status to 'away'

- agents can then set what is to happen with their own tickets(based on status) while 'away'

There are many apps that come close to this but most require an admin to manage.

Any ideas on app out there? Thanks.

According to Ray at Zendesk, in addition to having the Guide/Suite Enterprise edition, you must also have the Support Enterprise edition, correct?

This is an old post but here is a follow up as to what works putting a comma at the end of the tag for each choice in a drop down multi field, thereby placing each choice on it's own line -
