1) The feature is switching to English sometimes while the tickets are in French
+ (only Ukrainian in our case)
4) Sometimes the summary is way too long and full of unuseful information so it's quicker to read the tickets.

Why do you limit supported languages? ChatGPT has many languages out of the box, including Ukrainian.

Tobias Hermanns I totally agree that it's a great use case for chat gpt. I asked during Minich Zendesk event if it's on the Road Map and the answer was something like "Nice idea we'll consider it".

We're on Enterprise plan and don't use the Article recommendations feature because Ukrainian language is not supported. So we use Zendesk bots for greetings and routing mostly. And have to pay for such features? 🤯

Jonathan Aniano Are there any updates on all the concerns raised in the thread? In our case, we are wondering how much the new pricing policy affects our costs and how Zendesk now looks compared to the competitors. Since we are considering a new 5-year contract, it would be great to have all the details not by September, but in the near future.

Our help center is in Ukrainian. The bot needs initially understand Ukrainian to advise articles. Therefore, it is a feature request that the Ukrainian was here

Is there any certainty when Zendesk is releasing new features like routing of re-opened chats based on agent status (online, offline, etc.) and routing of so-called inactive chats?
