Hi all,

I am wondering if anyone has any 'best practice' tips for adding a name field onto a form. I know from experience this requires a workaround at present - you have to add an additional field onto the form called name, and then set up a workflow behind the scenes to handle this.

Has anyone else encountered this problem?
