Agent had an interesting question. Does the app still track time if you're updating tickets via bulk update? We do that a LOT, so it would kind of count against an agent to do that if it doesn't.

Looks like this broke the linked tickets view in Chrome. I can only bulk edit 30 linked tickets at a time. I am unable to page over. It works fine in Firefox, though.

You would need to set up a new role. The Light Agent role is a default role that can't be changed.

We do similar kinds of things with Formset. It's a paid application, but it does this particular function very well.
