Yes - it would be understood that the results could be skewed by VPN usage, etc.  But this would be better than no data.

Hi @... - Do you have any updates on this?  This is becoming a hotter topic for our company and we really need to report on customer activity by locale (where they are submitting tickets by the portal).

Our use case: our TAMs should get assigned to tickets that come in from any method except for a specific email address.

Hi - We're also needing this.  There are too many "oops" situations where agents accidentally delete or manipulate fields that we need to stay static for integrations and other automations we've built to work.

Any ETA on this?
