Thanks Liam , and did you find a solution for changing the request submitted text? That's where im stuck at i couldn't find a solution to this.

Is it possible to remove a certain form from this list? we have almost 8 forms in this list and i want to hide one as i don't want anyone accessing this form , only people with the link can access.
