I'm trying to update the requester on open/on-hold/pending tickets for two of our customers via the API. I'm very new to doing this, though. Can that be done?

There's a riff in it where the music dies/softens, and you think you've been disconnected or an Agent has picked up the phone (lasts about 5 seconds before the music starts again)
