3. views should include the condition "subject"

Definite +1 from me.  I am having to tag the subject line and then create a view based on the text in the tag.  It would be much better and cleaner to have Ticket::Subject like the other items.

3. Remove the "Recent Activity" in Help Center

If you want to disable the Recent Activity you can go to Themes-->Home Page Elements and the uncheck the Recent Activity check box.

3. How to disable the ticket form dropdown?

Is it possible to have the first item in the drop down selected, then hide the entire drop down?  Any help is really appreciated.
