Does a ticket that moves from Pending to Closed count in the dataset "Solved Tickets" even though the ticket was never in a Solved state?

Has anyone got this error after making the changes to the java script? What's weird is that I don't get the error if I'm not logged in but I do if I am.

Thanks, Sam but I worry about using the HTML target that will be going away. Can I do the same thing with a Web Hook?

Yikes, Zendesk... This is just embarrassing. I had no idea the followers weren't notified when the article was updated. That's just silly.

We would really like to remind callers periodically that they can leave a voicemail or a callback during the hold music ... I see that we could record custom hold music with the prompts intersperse...
