If a user belongs to multiple organisations, how can the user know which organisation the email or ticket is regarding? From what I can see, even following the link to the ticket doesn't show the organisation?

Zsa Trias - We have an issue where a user will be a member of multiple organisations, and follow all of them. When they receive an email, they have no way of knowing which organisation the email is about? Is there a trigger we can amend at all to include the organisation as a placeholder?

Hi, This is becoming an increasing problem with our customers where one customer will manage the requests for multiple organisations, although they only have one email address. Currently, as I understand we can grant a single user/email access to be able to raise tickets on behalf of multiple orgs, or to view all tickets raised by a single (default) org, but we can't grant permission for a single user to be able to view all tickets for multiple schools. Is there any way to do this please?

Just to confirm, the satisfaction ratings in the past 60 days, is that based on the date of the satisfaction submission, or when the associated ticket was created/solved?

Has the bug regarded archived articles been fixed? We are trying to roll our article verification and this seems to is preventing us from doing so. Are there any workarounds?
