Agent home is no good to us until it can include unassigned tickets. Why would you create something that allows filtering of only SOME of the statuses? Why is “unassigned” not part of the filtering system?
Big fail. Please fix this.

Shopify integration has been broken forever, I've reported the issues several times but nothing changes. VERY simple fixes that if I could insert my own html I would have it fixed in about 10 seconds.
"View in Shopify" only works if you right-click and select "open in new tab (or window)"
"Tracking" has no hyperlink address.
When will you be looking into these issues?

This is a big problem for us as well. Would love to use the UI, but until I can reverse the thread direction, it's not going to work for myself or our other agents.
I'm not really sure how it would be acceptable for anyone who receives tickets by e-mail to have the thread order reversed the way Agent Workspace has it now.
If there's anyone that likes it the way it is, then maybe create a setting to allow the direction switch for those of us responding to e-mail tickets.

It makes no sense.
And, profile is not a solution, because it's additional clicks, shows ALL tickets instead of open ones, you have to click to see whether it's assigned or you're cc'd, it's not an answer. Why have filters at all if you have to use something like this to find your tickets?
Using tags is no good because I can't simply specify "all tickets assigned to me or that I'm cc'd on" There's no tag for "me".

Does this do anything that just clicking on a requester's name doesn't do?
It doesn't seem to combine tickets sourced from facebook and e-mail tickets together, for example.
