Hi, We noticed that the @mention functionality also shows users in the suggestion list that are suspended. Expected behavior would be that suspended users cannot be referred to with @mention.

3. How to allow email target responses to thread into existing ticket

This is very interesting. Any idea how I can CC the external target automatically upon ticket creation? We want the reply from this specific target to always be public directly without agent touch.

Hi Brett, Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, I don't see Ticket Forms in the list of attributes with the Backlog History dataset. Is there any chance it will be added?
