Noelle Cummings when viewing article settings, you can change the "Visible to" to be "Everyone". This would give access to anyone regardless of sign in status. :)

Agreed - need this. I feel like it should go without saying why this would be needed to be controlled from an admin perspective. Especially as there is not a single agent that wants or needs these ...

I agree. I just finished making a new dashboard and I set the dates as I did in insights and was not pleased to realize it doesn't save the set date ranges.    Any updates?
