Hey Zendesk POs, the way you treat Problem tickets is a travesty, please could you look into this, this has been here for 20 months!

It's really poor from Zendesk functionality perspective that we can't use ticket subject for Views and at the same time subject is not included in description. This is absolute basic type of filter...
