what is the minimum length of the recording for it to be available? I have an agent who gets calls that don't last more than a minute (30-45 seconds) and she is getting this message.

We're also running into this and it's throwing off our metrics on Explore. If a similar feature is already implemented in Chat (agent is set to away after x consecutive missed chats) why can't the same be done for Talk

We are having the same problem and are looking for a viable solution. Our customers are not willing to modify their NetSuite set up just to accommodate our Zendesk system

yeah we need this asap. It would be nice to have some sort of version control for the dashboards so that you can go back to older versions. That automatically organize widgets completely skull fudged my dashboard :(
