Aja Varney created a post,
I'm not sure if this is a known exclusion at this point (I didn't see it in any of the documentation?), but it looks like content blocks do not work as expected when using multiplacement.
You can create the article with the content block, select the other areas for placement….. but only the text is placed in the additional areas - not the content block (so if you update the content block, those additional placements won't update).
While it's helpful to get the text to the additional placements, this lack of content block functionality makes it WAY less useful to us, than initially expected.
My current use case is placing an article across multiple brands, that contains a content block. Once it is placed, using this multiplacement feature (ideally), we'd simply just need to update the content block to update all brands.

Aja Varney commented,
We're experiencing the same issue. We don't heavily use macros, so the AI is defaulting to 1 macro in particular (which isn't correct) and does not seem to be taking into account the extensive help center content at all.

Aja Varney commented,
Agreed! +1 for me.
We have a large use case with many "brands".... but most agents are tasked with one brand or the other.
Would be excellent to be able to restrict user to brand(s) - multi select.
