I also find it useful to use SCIM provisioning. I want all of our employees to be able to log into Zendesk as End users via SSO, SCIM would be helpful to add an account for them.

Any updates on this? Splitting into another instance is not ideal and would love to be able to restrict a subset of tickets from most agents. Thanks!
