As a disabled employee who depends heavily on keyboard shortcuts, I will strongly echo this feedback. Our team will be switching to Agent Workspace soon, and I am very concerned about my ability to work within Agent Workspace if critical keyboard shortcuts are missing.

As a disabled individual who uses dictation software, many common actions cannot be done by keyboard shortcuts. For chat specifically, there is no way to perform the following common actions via keyboard shortcut:

- change my chat availability (make myself available versus invisible)

-transfer a chat to another agent

-email a transcript to a customer
