I need to be about to view a list of the calls that make up a given statistic.  For example, if there were 3 abandoned calls how do I find out what 3 calls those were (what number called in)?

Agreed. The loss of format in Excel reports appears to make it impossible for us to schedule dashboards directly to internal and external stakeholders. Right now it looks like my only option is to download every report that needs to go out, fix the formatting, and then send it to the recipient myself. This is a huge drag time-wise and seems like a big miss considering the scheduled dashboard option.

Adding another voice to say how critical this is.  I clicked the wrong button and I think now I will spend the afternoon redoing my dashboard. I can't make any further changes until I get back to baseline, and since there is no revert option I have to do it by hand.  I would like to see this fixed asap.

I just realized that when I was cloning my dashboards and tabs I was leaving "Clone Query" selected- that is probably causing the problem.  I just created a clone without that checked and I think that solves the problem.

I am also having this issue. It is preventing us from being able to pass a canned report directly to clients because the satisfaction is presented as a decimal instead of %. Any plans to fix this?

We are trying to use API to bring in tickets from a partner system.  The lack of line breaks makes the ticket description almost unusable.  Is there a way to make the JSON pretty in Zendesk?

 

EDIT: I found that we can use "html_body" in place of "body" to send formatted comment text through the API

We use a trigger to send out an automatic email notifying requesters that we got their ticket and providing the number. Some of these tickets come from third parties or other ticketing systems. Do you think we could also include the ticket encoded ID to make it easy for them to respond and have it update?
