Post Feedback - Ticketing system (Support)

Hi Zendesk,

In my organization, we have two JIRA instances, and both of them need to be linked to our Zendesk account. Please add this new feature. I know TeamSupport (another ticket system) can link multiple JIRA accounts, so please consider my request.

Anyone knows how to make a optional field required based on the selection of dropdown field?  Something like: 

if ($('.request_some_custom_fieldA').val() == "SW"){

$('.request_some_custom_fieldB').required() = true;

}

Hi Zendesk Expert,

I found that one of my ticket did not pause SLA Breach time when the status is in pending and on-hold. The real SLA should be about 2 month, however, in the system, it shows half year...

Anyone knows what's going on?
