Hi Joe,

I'm looking into something similar - can you clarify please what you mean by the webhook not covering agent activity? I think my requirements will be covered by ticket events and comments, but may also like to look at customer/contact and organisation sync.

We've  abandoned our help centre documentation for this reason and others - although it's still live it's not doing us a good service. The only thing that's keeping us on ZenDesk at the moment is the number of active tickets that we have open with our clients.
