Hey!

A good dark mode is key and a life, nay, a sight-saver for all us that spend countless hours looking at Zendesk, day in and day out.

Hey!

I'd love this too, good to hear that something's planned that might help. :)

Hi Nicole,

It's a daily occurrence for us at ActiveCampaign, I don't have specifics on the amount of merges that occur per day, but easily over 30+ times per day.

There's pretty much no scenario for us where it's needed for the requester to see the comment about the merge, what we do is:

1 - Select the merge option
2 - Untick "request can see this comment" option
3 - Merge the tickets
4 - Continue to address the issue in the ticket that the now closed ticket(s) was(were) merged into

Hi,

For us, when merging tickets, the vast majority of use cases do not require the requester to have the ability to see the comment/reply letting them know the ticket was merged.

It would be a huge time saver (and also helpful to avoid human error) if we could have a setting to set this as disabled/unticked by default.

Cheers.
