Has there been any updates to this request?  It would be very useful to do this natively within Explore without having to use the API to export the data and then rebuild it.

We are also experiencing this exact same problem but with multiple agents.   Can this be resolved as we need it to report on handle time for tickets.

3. Why does Facebook integration pull in comments from posts for only one week?

The Facebook setting should be configurable.   Many of my clients would like a much longer time frame.
