I am wondering guys, how do you manage to use the 'inbox' tool when all the emails come in as separate entries and not as a string of emails in one communication.

 

I end up with so many 'entries' under one deal. Most of them not relevant, it's spamming the deal and makes it impossible to use. 

 

I think I will just have to leave are revert to my previous CRM

Hey, 

I have multiple deals attached to the same contact. At the moment, all emails from and to the contact come up in every deal. I deselect the irrelevant emails from the 'associated deals' in the Communication Centre, but they get reassociated when I get/send a reply to the email. 

I would like to see the email strings being associated only to deals they are relevant to. So when I go into a deal, I can see the communication that refers to it, as opposed to sometimes, 10 different, irrelevant communication strings.
