Hi,
In the product catalog in Sell we are able to input a cost price and a unit price. I have not found a way in the reports to be able to calculate margin %, margin €, profit, etc.
Can this be done via the new Sell reports in Explore? Is this dataset available? I know that a lot of resellers, dealers, etc are looking for this feature.

Hi Katarzyna,
In addition to Karolina we are after the following use cases:
1. Data: being able to segment in LinkedIn Sales Nav to create prospect/lead lists and being able to import them into Sell via an integration
2. Inmail: Being able to send an inmail from within Zendesk Sell to a lead/contact and for it to be saved in the middle activity column as an "inmail" activity or something like that.
Linkedin is very important for us, because this is the main business platform being used in Western Europe and a lot happens on LinkedIn.
We need Sell CRM to be the central point of truth/communication across the most widely used channels such as e-mail, phone, text, but also LinkedIn and for example Whatsapp.
A LinkedIn integration would be a big step towards reaching this and also massively help prospecting, as we could use the extended capabilities of LinkedIn for creating lists and then importing them to Sell.

It would be great if we can also get the LinkedIn Inmail in the Zendesk Sell activity feed.

Hi,
We work with a lot of files, like Orders, Invoices & Contracts. We have made custom widgets to show them to Sales in the browser, however these widgets are not available to them on Mobile.
When we wanted to upload contracts to specific customers via the native "documents" widget in Sell (to make them available on mobile), we found out that this is impossible as there is no API that allows for file to be imported in Sell.
We work with 65 sales people and would love to see this option to be added to the family of API's.

Hi,
We are updating our "customer statuses" via an API and noticed that the corresponding contacts, associated to those "current customers" are still "non-customers".
To upkeep our data it is very important that these statuses change, when the company is a past-, current-, or non-customer.
Currently the statuses of contacts only change when there is an open, or lost deal associated to it. This functionality needs to be updated.

@... could you please edit the name of the head of your post? It says "seel" instead of "sell". Otherwise other people might not find this through a Google search.

Walter Renkema commented,
This is a huge limitation when using the integration between Sell & Support. The people you service in Support are not always the same people as you sell to with Sell CRM. Currently when someone is not in Sell, you can not see open tickets from their colleagues on the Company level as they don't exist in Sell and aren't matched on the domain level.
It is a big miss, because you currently do not have a "full" overview of that company in terms of the support you are providing.
Possible solutions:
1. Make sure you are able to filter through the domain of that specific company in Support and show these tickets as well.
2. Make a technical connection that automatically pushes all contact from Support into Sell when it matches a company in Sell CRM. Basically auto-fill contact from Support into Sell. This can become quite messy, very fast.

Hi Prateek,
I'm missing functionality in the feature. I have spoken to a developer and this be an easy update. My customer is looking to get a process in the way that their sales team (over 60) logs visits and the way. Currently when logging a visit, it's just a basic alinea field. They want them to fill in different things, depending on the sort of meeting/the season.
This should be done by giving the admin the ability to create some kind of form, or forms, which the end-user can select. In this way, they can streamline the process of on-site visits. You can look at it as customer forms as you have in Zendesk Support.

I would love to see a way that we can manage churn in Zendesk Sell.
Especially for subscription based businesses, managing churn is a crucial business KPI. I haven't found a good way to manage churn in Sell.

+1. Have several customers that would die for this.
