+1 for this feature. I hope that Zendesk is still monitoring this post. Community members and admins shouldn't have to design wild workarounds for a feature that is necessary for business function.

We use light agents primarily for those who do not directly provide support in Zendesk. This usually ends up being senior leadership and our C-Suite. This level of access should be able to create personal views at a minimum.
It is incredibly frustrating for senior leadership members to not have this visibility if they want it. The alternative is an admin creates a group level view for them? It is not ideal.

Hi Zendesk Champions!
Do you have a recommended best practice for sorting organizations by region? My SLT is interested in filtering ticket data by APAC, EMEA etc.
My original idea was to tag them, but I wanted to open this to the community in case anyone has a best practice.
