Actually, the last part I don't think is fully correct or I am not sure if you referring to the same thing which I will point out here. Currently, we are using the multibrand and we do have Brand name's(corp 1, corp 2, corp3, etc.) set for each of our brands, but still, the name in the To: section of the tickets is taken always from the Account name:
We are fine for the page tab next to the favicon to be always taken from the account name but in the tickets in the different brands, the name for the To:(the email address which opens tickets) should be taken from the brand name.
Can you advise if this can be achieved?

Come on Zendesk, make your customers more happy with something so small, but so useful. Reordering the tabs is something which you should do a long time ago. Also, please remove that limitation for the tabs, where if you open +10 tickets it starts hiding them. Just make the tabs smaller, but don't hide them or at least set a user option where people can choose how it should work for them.

@... what happened with this one, are there any updates? It already passed one year, is it really so difficult to put some predefined themes, such as: light and dark, just to suit your customer needs. After that, your teams can always extend it or improve this.
