I'm wanting to link existing external toll-free numbers to our Zendesk account. The issue is that they all have IVRs set up and I'm not sure how I can get the verification code required to complete the linking in Zendesk. Are there any workarounds or tips for how to get this to work?

Is it possible to use a placeholder for a custom user field like this? My goal is to have a custom organization field flow to the ticket field when an email comes in.
