WOW Year 3, and you still haven't bothered editing your CSS to make a dark mode. I wish my company were smart enough not to use your software. ALSO, you linked someone else's work, that like you, DOES NOT WORK.

What exactly is this “a short period of time” that is the cause of our email loop detection nightmare, as it is wrecking our ability to create customer support tickets. 

How do we change that magical unknown number so it stops automagically failing our clients requests?

So this would be great, but as it replaces the search bar with: sort:desc custom_status_id:4242552 custom_status_id:4242572
Instead of actual human identifiable words, it's a big N O P E for us.

Zendesk doesn't care as long as their big dollar accounts are happy, and sometimes not even then.

Fyi, FreshDesk is actually worse than ZenDesk in this issue, and more, just finished testing their Enterprise tier, and it is also trash.

You guys are really causing issues in 2022, and zero solutions when called out other than strange workarounds. Like everyone else in this thread, this "feature" is a BUG, and it is spreading across all of our accounts. Can we reset the simulation to 2021 please?
