Have you tried 3rd parties to configure Jira to Zendesk integration? Skyvia, as an example, is pretty simple to use (no code) and has a freemium model. Take a look here.

Hi Becca! As for me, the easiest way to schedule data import from Zendesk is using a third-party app such as Skyvia. I use a paid version, but you can try it for free with some limits of data volume

You can easily export only necessary tickets to a CSV file with the help of Skyvia. To select a group of tickets you need to create a filter. Once creating an export package, you can set up a schedule to automate this process.
