Glad to see its on the roadmap but can we have an eta , a road map is off little use unless we know when the road is likely to reach it's destination

Hi this has been shown as planned fdor some time do we have an approx time scale,

we have about 100+ documents that we need to copy from one brand to another 

This is a major ISO27K issue as if two diffrent organisation tickets were accidently merge confidential data would be accidently shared. We have had tickets shared accidently before and its easy to do but an option for us to set "do not allow merge tickets between diffrent organsiations" would be useful. As it is the merge functionality is useless without this as the risk of accidentasl ticket merge is to great

Can we have an idea of when this will be, onm the roadmap does not really help much in planning - 12 weeks, 12months,  12 years!

we need this as well as using the target method causes problems if the person is already a cc on the ticket

I often end up with a load of tabs open and although the Ctrl Alt W will close  a tab it would be great to have a short cut to close all tabs
