Patrick commented,
I'm looking for a way to bulk delete all tickets when a client contract ends. I know I need to delete tickets, users and organisation separately but as there can be a huge amount of tickets I wonder how I can trigger a bulk delete without really being able to use a deletion schedule as we for example don't want to delete tickets that are closed for more than a year. We want to keep all client data as long as we have a contract but when the contract ends we need a workable way to ensure all client data gets removed properly and that starts with the tickets
Thanks for your advice

Patrick commented,
Thanks JR, understood, so deleting an organization doesn't mean the users of that organization nor the tickets are deleted?
What's the best approach to delete all information (Org, users, tickets) related to data protection and privacy regulations. Our idea currently is to delete all data related to an organization when a contract ends.
I noticed you have some guidance on ADPP but it looks to me that we need to separately delete tickets, users and organizations if we'd choose to remove all customer data from our Zendesk instance
Thanks for your advice

Patrick commented,
What happens to the tickets and users of the organization when deleting the organization?
What's the best way to fully delete all content related to an organization (tickets, users, organizations)?

I've implemented the new Copenhagen theme on our knowledge center and the behavior on our pages is as you describe when being logged in.
If you are not logged in the text (
tag in html) "Related to" is NOT displaying. The tags itself (with the link) are present.
Is this "normal behavior"? I'd expect the text "Related to" to be present in any case (logged in or not)
Regards

Our "Recent Activity" feed is only showing the newly created articles and not the updated ones. Is there a way to list the articles that have been updated?

Patrick commented,
Is there a specific request to also do this in other search engines like Bing?
How can we remove the entries that are listed in Bing already? We applied the no-index tag but there are already some entries in the search index off Bing and we need to get them out
Thanks
