Hey! We're looking to measure this as well. Is there any update on whether or not this Dataset is accurate?  It appears to be meaningless, but I can't determine for sure.

3. Ticket Tab Displays Requestor Name Instead of Subject

It's been a little while since there was any feedback on this. We've also just switched to the new workspace and discovered this issue. Has there been any progress on this?
