Is there a way for the newly cc'd customers to get the email history? Tried this new email thread but when we copy new email in Zendesk, they can only see latest email, not the history

4. Can I receive desktop or browser notifications when tickets are created or updated?

Is there an update on this one? Would love to have this added zendesk. The browser notification is really helpful.
