Hi,
We have enabled email in Belgium country, since it has 2 languages FR and NL. Can we have the satisfaction rating displayed in both the languages. Currently we are using placeholders and based on the language of the user profile Satisfaction section is displayed in that language.
Can we put 2 languages like below for example, which covers both FR and NL languages

Bonne, je suis satisfait(e) /Goed, ik ben tevreden

Hi Team,
Precindition: Token is created in zendesk
I as an admin share my email address and token with other team member. Can they acess the API's? or is it like i need to login to zendesk from the same system/pc from where the user is trying to access the API's?
Or they can just pass my email address and token simply without i being logged in to zendesk?

How do i create a report in which i should see what customer has asked and what articles have been suggested by the bot. Also i need to know which are the most articles user has tried to ask and which are the most suggested by the bot.
