Hi Miranda, I don't think you understood the question. If it is now supported, why don't you enable it on your own support messaging window? There is no option to enable it on the end user side.

when contacting zendesk support, there is no sound notification when an agent replies, or any way to activate it. Am I the only one who finds this odd?

It does not make sense to leave the field blank, you either show it or not! At least an option, to choose to see, archived or unpublished articles on the list

"Anybody can submit tickets" is enabled on our end, but the captcha is not present o the "submit a ticket" form. Any idea why?
