Libby Tooke-Mitchell created a post,

Post Feedback - Reporting and analytics (Explore)

"For a custom field to be accessible in Explore as an attribute, there first needs to be data associated with the field", taken from this article: I created a new custom field but it is missing in Explore – Zendesk help

I would like to pro-actively build dashboards for new custom fields on forms but as they don't appear in explore until they are used on tickets I cannot do this. Even fields that never get used are helpful to report on as I can then amend my forms to exclude fields that aren't selected over a longer period of time.

+1 on this, it would be great if the custom fields showed in explore without associated data, it's been over a year since these issues were raised. Is there any plan to add this in the future. Like others I am trying to pro-actively create reports and this isn't possible at the moment.

We've also seen this issue recur today! Can someone from Zendesk please investigate?

Also adding an up vote for this function. We would like this to be something we can set a trigger up for so that all task tickets that meet the usual trigger criteria e.g. in group X can be set to due X days after ticket creation.

Any update on this one?
We are using custom formatting on articles and would like to use content blocks in conjunction with accordions. This limitation makes it impossible as we can't see the full article code.

Community comment Q&A - Help center and community

Any update on this please as it's been over a year since this post?
We would like to be able to format the code for content blocks so that we can include more formatting that we use throughout our Help Centre such as callouts, accordions, button links and formatted tables.

I am also trying to add formatting such as accordions to my content blocks and it won't let me.
While it's great that the exist and I seem not to have to enable them on every article individually any more it would be better if they could support some more formatting options such as callouts, accordions, button links and formatted tables.
