It's not clear to me how the automated resolutions are charged, especially for article recommendations. We have racked up so many since August that we have run out of our allotment in mere 3 months. That means we will have to be paying thousands of dollars for resolutions for the entire year next year. It defeats the purpose of even having AI agents if the extra cost is going to be more than 50% of what we already pay for Enterprise Suite. How do I make this make sense?

Zendesk Is anything going to change for your Enterprise pr Professional Suite customers? Everyone on this post seems to be echoing the same sentiments about pricing and what was included with our plans. We're up for renewal in November, and I'm going to be looking at other CRMs to see what they offer in comparison to what you offer.

Hey there. Is there any chance that the instructions will be updated to coincide with the most recent versions of these browsers? I'd like to use these instructions for our end users by sharing the link, but some information may be outdated, particularly the Chrome one where it asks us to click in the preserver log box. I have not checked any of the other instructions. Thanks

I'm also in on this and would love to exclude articles as there are not as many of these as there are articles that we want recommended. Amy Spagnolo a Zendesk agent helped me today letting me know that you can bulk update those 236 articles instead of having to do them individually. We also have many articles and were not keen on adding the label individually.
