Hi Fernando,    Good point, but isn't the 'subscribe' option only available in the old web portal?   My domain is sitting on the new 'help centre' which doesn't have this feature any more :(  ...

Hmmm - the topic suggests that its "planned", if that is the case, is there an ETA of when we can expect this to be included in Zendesk?
