Ter a possibilidade de um agente participar de um grupo em tickets (support) e chat, porém para outros grupos ter a opção de disponibilizar apenas um ou outro.
Ex: Agente 1 - habilitado para support e chat
Grupo A
Grupo B
Se desejar que o agente 1 atenda ticket e chat do grupo A, mas do grupo B atenda somente support não é possivel.
