Jason Cerrato commented,
Since we do a lot of technical troubleshooting, we would absolutely love to see this feature implemented. There are often error messages shared with us via screenshots that aren't replicated in the user's message content, so it's difficult to find those tickets via search.
Scott Allison for us it would be most helpful to search in images like JPG, JPEG, PNG.

Jason Cerrato created a post,
Feature Request Summary:
Zendesk Guide should allow you to add arbitrary, persistent labels on forum posts, similar to the way "Pinned" and "Featured" show up on posts. This can be helpful for categorization.
Description/Use Cases:
Our product operates on multiple cloud platforms, but there is no easy way to distinguish which platform a given issue or feature pertains to. We do not want to have to create multiple versions of the same forum topic for each cloud platform. A label to denote which cloud platform an issue or feature is relevant for would be very helpful for us and our end users.
Business impact of limitation or missing feature:
It's more overhead for our team to have to manage multiple instances of the same forum topic for different cloud platforms. Some issues and features may be relevant to both platforms, which means duplicated communication of information if we have the separate forum topics.
Other necessary information or resources:
This Zendesk article Customizing status icons for community posts can show us how to modify the status names, but only one status can be set at a time, and we do actually use some of the statuses.
