Yes, agree with this suggestion! This would be a great feature for our management team to make use of.

We'd like to be able to export or Sell data at midnight so we can clearly map out which Deals have been created/moved/amended/paid each day — it would also help us pick up mistakes or issues in our Custom Fields daily. There's also some stuff we'd like to automatically export weekly or monthly.

When setting up a SmartList, it's currently possible to add a 'Next Task' field and filter using this. 

It would be ace to have the option to add a 'Next Appointment' field and filter by this! Please add this function — as it's already available for Tasks, it seems strange to not have it for Appointments.

In general, it feels like the Appointments function on Zendesk has not had much attention or development. I see other posts asking for the ability to set tasks for another agent/owner, which would also definitely be useful. 

Again, similarly to Tasks, it would be useful to be able to select a user and view their Zendesk calendar *without* needing to sync an external calendar and subscribe to their calendar elsewhere (i.e. Gmail) first. We manage most work-related things directly with our Zendesk calendar and the appointments associated to our Deals, so it would be great to have more functionality without having unnecessary integrations.

We operate mainly in Deals. It would be excellent if we could configure which Contact fields show in the widget in the right-hand panel when in Deal view.

I note that you're now able to define whether you want a customer Contact field to show on both Contacts and Companies, or just one/the other. 

It would help us a LOT if you could also set a Contact field to show on the Deal widget. Even if it's only possible to add, for example, 5 custom fields to the widget. The default at the moment is the name, address, contact number and email. To us, we'd also like to view some Contact information that's specific to our business, such as account number/key, licence number etc. I imagine this would help other businesses too! 

As a work around, we either have to click into the Contact to see this information that we *almost always* need quick access to OR we have it as a custom field on the Deal too. Having a custom field on the Deal is an OK workaround, but makes things little clumsy to update when needed as there's 2 places to amend. 

Please consider adding this feature! It would be a small but mighty addition for us!
